Bell Time Petition

To Fellow Tier 3 School Leaders,

I’m writing to help unify fellow Tier 3 schools across the city who share our belief that 13 schools (10 Elementary) should not be left behind while 49 Elementary schools receive an improved bell time schedule.  Please share with your school communities the below link to our petition and the list of additional ways they can support this initiative.  We would love to have a large presence of 25 people at the Wednesday, 11/18 School Board Meeting and a handful of speakers to give public testimony.  If possible, each Tier 3 school should be represented.

If you have concerns about the Tier 3 schedule proposal for your school, you can do one or more of the following:

  • Plan ahead, book sitters and attend the Wednesday, 11/18 school board meeting in South Downtown at approximately 4:15pm.  There will be a group of us there with signs before the meeting starts and during.  As the date gets closer, meeting updates and agenda details can be found at:  https://www.seattleschools.org/district/school_board
